The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a tram stop just a minute away, making it easy to explore the city. It is also conveniently close to the CBD and the Arts Precinct, perfect for attending concerts or theater productions. the Botanic Gardens are right across the road, offering a peaceful retreat. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with a lock box for easy key pickup, and comfortable beds.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue, with grubby handprints and stains on various surfaces.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to trams. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-equipped and the fridge was large. I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to everything, including the beautiful Botanic gardens where I enjoyed morning walks. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff were lovely. I also appreciated the easy access to public transportation, particularly the tram, made exploring the city easy.
